Dingwall base appoints new sales coordinator to focus on Highland hospitality
Premium salmon producer Loch Duart has appointed a new Sales Coordinator, Agnieszka Stoff, to supply local businesses in the Highland hospitality sector. Based in North West Scotland and with its own BRC AA+ accredited processing facility in Dingwall, the small-scale, low-impact salmon farm can now supply their world-renowned salmon to local hotels, farm shops, retail shops, restaurants, and other food outlets.
Russell Leslie, Loch Duart’s Dingwall Processing Director said:

Loch Duart has also recently cemented its ongoing commitment to supporting communities in the Highlands and Islands by donating fillets to the Parklands Group local care home. Joe Greiner Care home manager of the Parklands Group said:
