Loch Duart are now hiring and have positions available for an Assistant Freshwater Manager to produce excellent fish from egg to smolt from our three fresh water sites. The successful candidate will be committed to ethical, quality driven and environmentally friendly production methods. They will posses strong team building skills and will have good planning and risk assessment abilities.
